Its color is a light straw yellow with bright reflections. The aroma is clear with a subtle fragrance of acacia flowers that is harmonious and pleasantly persistent.  Halfway through September, from the Chardonnay vine, the grapes are carefully picked by hand with special attention to the selection of bunches. After a light pressing of the whole grape in a temperature-controlled environment the fermented must is placed into steel tanks at 17 degrees C for 30 to 40 days.  The wine is refined and bottled.
