The Arneis grape has risen from relative obscurity to become what some people consider the most interesting white in the Piedmont region. The color is a light straw yellow with bright reflections.The aroma is intensely fruit driven, yet delicate with a pleasant aromatic remembrance. its taste is full flavored, soft and fresh. the aftertaste is pleasing with a clean smell of crisp, fall apples mingled with white flowers. Serve chilled with antipasti, grilled vegetables, white meat sauce and excellent as an aperitif.
