The Costa Di Rose vineyard is 6 acres with a South-East exposure. These Dolcetto grapes come from the Barale family hillside estate in Barolo, Piemonte. The color of Dolcetto d’Alba is ruby-red almost garnet. The characteristic bouquet is plesantly fruity while the taste is dry, light bodied and completely balanced. Serve Dolcetto d’Alba with antipasti, light main courses and with grilled meats..
